The short version: you tell us about your business, an AI writes your plan, and you pay to unlock the details. We use your information to do that and nothing else. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who we are

AdPlanPro is run by SHORE AI LLC, based in Malibu, California ("we", "us"). You can reach us at info@shore-ai.com.

What you give us, and what happens to it

  • Your answers. The business name (if you give one), the kind of business, what you sell, your ZIP code, your budget, your goal, and the two optional notes. They are sent to our server and to an AI service so it can write your plan. We do not log them.
  • Your ZIP code. We send only the ZIP code to the U.S. Census Bureau to look up public numbers for your area, such as population, households, income and age. Nothing else about you or your business goes with it.
  • Your plan. Until you pay, your plan is held on our server for up to 24 hours and then deleted. Once you pay and unlock it, we hold a copy for 30 days behind a private link. The link is only for your convenience, so you can open and copy your plan again. We do not keep your plan: it is permanently deleted 30 days after you unlock it, and the link stops working. If Stripe gave us your email address at checkout, we email you the link.
  • Payment. Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. We keep a simple order record (your checkout email address, an order number and how many changes you have used) for up to 30 days, then delete it.
  • In your own browser. Your browser remembers your answers and your order number so you can come back to your plan. That stays on your device. You can clear it any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.
  • Technical data. Like any website, our hosting provider sees your IP address and basic request details. We use your IP address to limit abuse, such as too many requests in an hour.

Who else handles it

  • An AI service provider writes your plan from your answers. We send only what is needed for that.
  • The U.S. Census Bureau receives the ZIP code you type, to look up public numbers.
  • Stripe processes payments.
  • Our email provider sends your link, if Stripe gave us your email address.
  • Formspree delivers the messages you send through the contact page.
  • Our hosting provider runs the site.
  • Google Fonts delivers the typefaces on the page, which means Google receives your IP address when the page loads.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it for advertising. We do not use advertising cookies.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics and Plausible to count visits and see which pages are used. They receive the page address without any query string, your browser and device type, and an approximate location. Plausible uses no cookies; Google Analytics may set cookies. Advertising features and ad personalization are turned off. Your answers, your plan and your order details are never sent to either tool.

What not to type

AdPlanPro never needs a Social Security number, a bank account number or a card number. Please do not type them into any box on this site.

Your choices

Because we keep so little, there is not much to ask for. You can email us to ask what we hold about an order, or to have it deleted, and we will respond promptly. If you live in California or another state with privacy rights, you may have additional rights, and we will honor valid requests.

Security

We use encrypted connections and keep access to the site and its data limited. No system is perfectly secure, so we also keep what we hold to a minimum.

Children

AdPlanPro is for adults running businesses. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this page, we will update the date at the top. If a change materially affects how we use what you give us, we will say so on the site.
