The short version: AdPlanPro is a planning tool. An AI drafts an advertising plan from what you tell it. You decide what to do with it, and you are responsible for your own ads and spending.

What AdPlanPro is

AdPlanPro helps owners of local businesses in the United States plan their advertising. You tell it about your business, your ZIP code, your budget and your goal. It looks up public numbers for your ZIP code, splits your budget across places to advertise, and writes setup steps, example ads and a four-week calendar. It is a planning and writing service.

What it is not

We are not an advertising agency, an accountant, a lawyer or a financial adviser. We do not buy ads, run campaigns or place anything for you. Nothing on this site is legal, tax, financial or professional advice. If the stakes are high, a qualified professional can advise you on your specific situation.

AI-written content

Plans are written by AI. AI can make mistakes. Ad platforms and media outlets set their own prices, rules and approval requirements, and these change. You are responsible for checking the details, for following the rules of every ad platform and for what your ads say. We do not guarantee any result, such as more customers, more sales or a lower cost per customer.

Using the site

  • Use AdPlanPro for your own business, or for someone who has asked you to help them.
  • Give accurate information. Do not use it to make false statements or for anything unlawful.
  • Do not try to bypass payment, overload the site or interfere with how it works.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you type and of the plan you receive. You give us permission to process your answers, including by sending them to our AI service provider, only as needed to provide the service. See our Privacy page for how it is handled.

Pricing and payment

Seeing your budget split is free. The full plan is a one-time payment, and the price is shown before you pay. After you pay, you can change your answers and make the plan again up to three times, and each new plan replaces the one before it. A SHORE AI eGift code can pay all or part of the price. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Keeping your plan

After you unlock your plan, we hold it behind a private link for 30 days, for your convenience. Then it is permanently deleted and we do not keep it. Please save a copy or a PDF if you want to keep it longer. Anyone who has your link can read your plan, so please keep it private.

Refunds

If you are charged and your plan does not unlock, or something breaks, email us and we will fix it or refund you. Because you can see the budget split before you pay and your plan is delivered right away, other payments are not refundable except where the law requires it.

No warranties

AdPlanPro is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error free, or that it will meet your needs.

Limit of our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, SHORE AI LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost sales, profits, customers or opportunities, arising from your use of the site or your advertising. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some places do not allow certain limits, so parts of this may not apply to you.

Changes and ending

We may change the site or these terms, and we will update the date above. We may suspend access for misuse. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, unless the law gives you the right to go elsewhere.
